| Time is precious |

With all the things to keep you occuppied, you get to the end of the day in a mad rush. Then you sit down to unwind, before you know it, your pillow has your head in a submission hold. Day in day out this goes on for awhile. Then you start feeling used up, no energy,empty. Empty? Whats that about? Feels like you forgot something, you can`t seem to place what it is. A small voice speaks and says," what about our time together?" You`ve taken the time for everything else, but what about time with Jesus? I know from experience that if theres something I really want to do,I`ll figure away out to do it. One of the names of God is - - Jealous . In Exodus 34:14 (KJV) says,
34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name [is] Jealous, [is] a jealous God: God formed us in love, He Loved us so much, He sent His Son to earth to save us.If we spend to much time doing other things and not even read our love letter (Bible) from Him, or talk (pray) to him,then I don`t blame Him for being jealous. LORD, I thank you for the times I have spent with you in study and in prayer, our time alone is precious. May a new, stronger desire be birthed in my spirit, to spend as much time together as you wish. I can`t do this myself, you change me. |
