Have you ever thought about what we have through Christ?
These are just a few thoughts about what we actually have our hands on through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Through Christ we have peace. (Quietness, set at rest, prosperity, to be rejoined.)
Romans 5:1 "... we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Phillipians 4:7 "and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Through Christ we have joy. (To boast, to glory, rejoice, be glad.)
Romans 5:11 "We have joy in God through Jesus Christ."
Romans 15:17 "We may glory through Jesus Christ in these things which pertain to God."
Through Christ we have victory. (A conquest, triumph.)
I Cor 15:57 "We have victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Phillipians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."
Romans 8:37 "We are more than conquerors through him that loved us."
Through Christ we have prosperity. (Wealthy and abounding with riches.)
II Corinthians 8:9 "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might become rich."
Galatians 3:14 "That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."
Eph 2:7 "That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in Through Christ we have position. (Rank, authority, prestige.)
Galatians 4:7 "Thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ."
Ephesians 2:18 "Through him (Jesus Christ) we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
I am so thankful for Jesus aren't you? He is worthy of all our praise! Worthy to receive glory, honor, power and riches forever and ever!
