I may seem that Jesus is far from us when we are ill. Nothing is further from the truth. He comes closer to us the more we need Him. Hang in there guys.
9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity.
Almighty and eternal God, you are the everlasting health of those who believe in you. Hear us for your sick servant Mr. Hipp for whom we implore the aid of your tender mercy, that being restored to bodily health, he may give thanks to you in your church. Through Christ our Lord.
