I go to North Davidson High School and 1st period I have chorus. It's called Chorus 2. We went to sing Lonely Sea and Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel. We went to the Breners Recital Hall at Wake Forest University. We were one of 13 choruses. Ok, there were 3 judges we were scored for our porformance. These judges were college professors in music. One gave us a 90, another a 91, and the other a 93. Superior is 90-100. Excellent is 80?-90? I think. We scored superior. The ensemble at our school scored 98, 99, and 96. They were the bomb. Congratulations Stephen!! Awesome news. Now, my question is, were those 3 judges Randy Jackson, Paula Abdule, and Simon Cowell? I don't think they were, since you said they were college professors; and I can't see those 3 as college professors. Congrats again! |

I do believe you Stephen, and I was very happy to read about your achievement. After I congratulated you I just thought I'd joke around and make you laugh a little since you've been thorugh such a rough time. I now what you mean about the American Idol judges, that's why I joke about them so much. They tell one singer to "make the song your own." then they tell another singer, "Leave the song as it was, you shouldn't have changed it." They send so many mixed messages to the contestants. |
