We all need to be reminded from time to time about what God has said:
1. God is in control. Roms 8:28
2. God loves you. Roms 5:8 Jer 31:3
3. God wants to bless you. Jer 29:11-13
4. Good and Bad happens to everyone. Mt 5:45
5. We make our own choices and our choices determine our results. Gal 6:6-7
6. God is our Helper. PS 46:1, PS 121:1-2
7. Without God you are nothing and you can do nothing. Jn 15:5
8. With God all things are possible. LK 2:37
9. God is our source of wisdom. Jas 1:5
10. God is your Defender/ and Avenger. Roms 12:19
In relation to Man:
1. Love your neighbor as yourself. Lk 10:27
2. Overcome evil with good. Roms 12:21
3. Bless those who hurt you. Mt 5:44, Roms 12:14
4. Pray for others especially those who hurt you. Mt 5:44
5. Serve those who are less fortunate than yourselves. Mt 25:45, Lk 14:13, Jas 1:27
In relation to yourself:
1. Spend time alone with God. Ps 5:3, Ps 91:1
2. Seek to be a blessing to the Lord and not to receive a blessing from Him. Ps 104:1, Eph 2:10, PS 103:1
3. Apply the Word of God and the blood of Christ to your life. Jas 1:22, 1 Jn 2:1
4. BE holy, keep yourself unspotted from the world. I Peter 1:15, Jas 1:27
