Well maybe not today! It rained a good amount today, but it was still warm. We are having a great time. It has been and should be around 80 degrees most of our stay. For those of you who don't know: Once a year, I head down to Florida to visit my sister and her husband. The kids stay at Grandmom's, and my husband will not come, since he hates the warm weather. So I basically get a break from my every day life for one week out of every year. It is so relaxing and fun each year. But how I miss my little pumpkins! So much so, that it is even worth going back into the cold weather to be with them. It will take about 2 weeks to un-spoil them from Grandma's tender care. (Grandmoms are the best! Aren't they?)
So far we have gone shopping, to a dinner theatre, laid around at the pool, soaked in the hot tub and took nice long walks to enjoy the awesome Florida shrubbery and flowers.
Tomorrow I pick my cousin up from the airport, who will be joining us for 4 days. We will probably hit one park before it is all said and done. Praise God they have a gym at my sister's place! Because all of this lounging around and eating, can really do a number on you when you are only 5'1''!

| This is so not fair!!!! We are getting pounded with snow here in Ohio, expecting 12-14 inches! Waaaaahhhhh....I want to be in Floida with Sue!!!! |

I hear you Rosie! I found this out on our honeymoon when we came here for the first time. I wanted to stay right here and make Florida our new home. That is when my husband first told me that he can't stand warm weather. Oh no!!
Dennis, I am with you Brother! Care to have a talk with my husband? lol
Deb, It wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit if I never saw another flake of snow as long as I live. You can have it!
Today we went to the Disney Boardwalk and had lunch at Bubba Gump's. It rained again today, but not until after we got back from the boardwalk. My cousin is here, so we all went out to dinner. Unfortunately the gym was closed when I tried to work off a few calories :(
Hopefully the sun will be out again tomorrow.

Thanks guys and gals! Today it was a chilling 65 degrees. My sister said it was the coldest day since she has been here, in 7 weeks. But the hot tub was 100 +, so all was well :) We went to Downtown Disney for the day. It was a little too cold for the pool, but at least we didn't have to freeze our bones in the snow. |

I have been to Kississimee, FL it was wonderful. I hope and pray that you had a wonderful time. We are so blessed, and GOD is so WONDERFUL, HE give us so much. Have a Blessed weekend.

Sue,
I understand how you feel, yet girl take that time and enjoy yourself. You deserve it. I'm in Charleston SC right now for another week and then leave to go to Virginia. I miss home to, but it's good to be able to get away for a minute.
