I am here to update all on what is going on in our neck of the woods LOL!!!
Sheyanne (my daughter) just had a check-up on March 6th at Children's Hospital. They are now slowly lowering her medications and preparing to take her off them this Summer. In June they will take another EEG to check her out, but the last test showed signs of her outgrowing the seizures. Thank the good Lord for that!! But on another note they are evaluating her for ODD, with a mood disorder and they are trying to rule out possible bi-polar. So keep praying for her, thank you very much. She has recovered from all the bumps and bruises from her spill on the playground and slipping on the ice. So overall she is improving, but just going through some rough times right now.
Ethan (my son) is doing okay physical, but his attitude and grades are not doing so well. I have considered sending him to a boys type school, but the better one is like 11 hours from our home. At only 12 I hate to do that. So keep praying it is only a temporary and just a "growing up" spot in his life.
As for me I am doing okay. I thank each and every one of you for all the prayers they mean so much and at this point in our life we really need them and appreciate them. I am going through a mid-life crisis I suppose one can say... I am realizing how fast my children are growing and my job as a stay at home mom is not going to be much longer needed. So I pray for wisdom and peace to direction which direction my life will take now, school or getting a job. So again pray on this and the rest and when something else changes I will update once again.
Also a note on the pets in the household, for those that want to know LOL!! My poor Butterscotch (my beloved rabbit) passed away about 4 weeks ago. I also had to give away my 2 parkeets (to a good new home) due to my son's allergies. But on a good note we rescued a old pekignese named Buddy. He is a faithful companion and keeps me company through my lonely times.
Also if you use your search engine to look up freecycle.org you will find a place to put your city and state and you will find things for free or you can put an add on there for stuff you want to give away. It's a great site, I found my Buddy (my dog) there, again everything is FREE. Good luck!!
