I work at The Westin La Paloma Resort with a man named Rob. Who has an 8 or 9 year old son who I think lives in Michigan. He also has cerebral palsy, I forget the sons name but I’ll find out let you know... that way we can all pray for him by name.About 2 weeks ago his sons’ lungs stopped working, and he was hospitalized, then put on a breathing machine. 2 days ago things seemed like they were starting to look up and he was taken off the machine.That is until a few hours ago while we were at work, he received a call from his ex-wife telling him that his son had been put back on the machine. And that now the doctors are talking about trekking him! (I slept that so wrong) Where they cut a whole in his neck and put a breathing tube in forever. You can imagine that this is REALLY affecting Rob.I’m not close with him at all and have hardly ever even spoken to him. But it just touched my heart and I felt so bad for him and his little boy... I knew I had to try to do something.I can not imagine having a child that had to go through something like that. His parents must feel so helpless and lost right now, so I thought maybe you all could pray for them with me. Honestly I don’t know the last thing about cerebral palsy and if it can even be cured at all. All I know about people with it is they’re still really smart, normal people that just don’t have any control over their bodies. So they’re pretty much just trapped in this body that cant function. Could you imagine? What a horrible way to have to live. BUT! God can do anything! So it wouldn’t hurt to try asking right? If anything I want to pray that his lungs can be healed so he can breathe on his own again.Just something, anything to try and help them… Thank you for your time, and prayers Alyssa |

| Dear Lord God, I ask that you would restore this little ones lungs. I pray dear Lord that this will be a time that his family would lean on you and seek you. You are the one who knit this little boy together and you can give him the healing he so desperately needs. I join together with Alyssa in agreement for this young man. Thank you for putting this on her heart to bring before your people to pray. In the Name of Your Son Jesus i pray. Amen. |

| Dear Lord, I pray that you heal this little boy's lungs. Please Lord, give him and all those who love him the strength and courage to make it through this difficult time, and Lord, please let them grow closer to you in the process. In Your name I pray, Amen. |

Lord Jesus,
I come to you today and ask that you touch this family. that you put your loving arms and take them all by the hand. i ask that you heal this young boy. i ask that you give him strength dear lord. and father i ask that you help him. lord i ask that you let us know what your will be. but we also ask that you heal him and let him be free from this problem that he has. help him to be able to breathe on his own. and help him to get back to his daily functions. Lord i ask this in the name of JESUS THE CHRIST. AMEN |
