Hey,Beige. This scripture has ministered to me many times. So many times when I would go through a trial I would just pray for God to immediatly make it end without really praying ,Lord, why am I going through this? What is it you are teaching me? I pray a little different now,he has taught me to be patient in tribulation (Romans 12:12),and have faith that Christ is making me perfect, especially through suffering.Love you Liz

I don't know. I find that I suffer trials and tribulations much better than I do temptations. In fact, I can't remember too many times that I faced temptation prayerfully. Trials and tribulations always bring me to my knees in prayer, but I don't have that same knee-jerk reaction to temptation. Instead, I have to discipline myself to pray when tempted.

Thank God I have a loving and patient wife, Vicki, who has been instrumental in my growth in this area, otherwise I would still be living a life of failure and frustration.
