You know, I almost didn't read this...embarrassingly because of my terrible shortcomings in the subject of Math.  But now I'm so glad I did!!  I must admit I actually enjoyed reading it, and wound up laughing out loud at the zinger ending!  I love it!

Thank you, David, for making my day!

Peace and Blessings,

BRILLIANT, BUT IN ENGLAND WE SAY "MATHS" AS OPPOSED TO MATH.....MATH IS SINGULAR WHILST MATHS IS PLURAL. AS MATH OR MATHS IS THE SCIENCE OF ADDING MORE THAN ONE NUMBER DON'T YOU THINK THE ENGLISH WAY IS RIGHT? AS ALWAYS...LOL, STU....PS TIRE MEANS TO BECOME WEAKENED, TYRE YOU PUT ON A CAR!!! POINT MADE!

Very interesting. Sometimes I wonder if in the creation God did things so these "wonders" get discovered or do they happen (as in the above) as a consequence of His design. Did our God purpose for Math (or Maths) to be like it is or did it just happen that way because of what He did? I also sometimes wonder if God created the heavens (outer space) just so man would attempt to reach the stars. Always great lessons David!

This is a cool email, and this comment is not to detract from it, but with a degree in physics, I can tell you that the fingerprint of the LORD is everywhere in nature, in ways that probably 99.8% of the world doesn't know of or needs to know of their entire lives.

Funny thing is, when you get to some of the real BRAINS in the world of physics, they get a lot more willing - no, CONVINCED - that there has to be a Creator.  It's funny because typically people think scientist=atheist, but it's because a lot of biologists have taken their theory of evolution and turned that into a religion of it's own.

I've always wanted to get a t-shirt printed for when I'm around atheists (it would be a good icebreaker for evangelism) that says:  "I'm a Christian and a Physicist - but go on, you tell ME how it all happened!"

 LOL

I printed that and showed it to my children, my teenage daughter already seen it at school, but she still thinks it's cool and my 9 yr old thought it was also cool. Both of them want a copy of it to show their friends. Of course, I am going to take a copy to show people at work too. And anyone else I think might be interested. Thank you for showing that to us.

I'm not too good at math problems, but those sure add up to me! I knew the Love of God is what it is all about but it is there in mathematical equations too! LOL

Wow......I work with numbers every day.  It is nice to see someone have fun with them.  I always get a kick out of atletes saying they are giving 110% effort.  Either you are giving all you got or your not.  Jesus said to love Him with all of your heart 100% would do just fine.  It was a great point you made that though we may achieve and do all the right things, without God it is not good enough.  All of my righteousness is as filthy rags before Him.
