I am a child of God. He loves me. I know this in my heart. But the evil one messes with my head. Sometimes I wonder if logic can hinder the most faithful. Faith has nothing to do with logic. I love Jesus and I know I am going to heaven. Then that voice that crawls inside my head and whispers "you know you do not deserve it," comes calling.  In my head I know the sins I have committed.  I continue to search for forgiveness. Then I remember God forgave me. No I did not deserve it. But that is what makes it all the more precious to me. Who am I to question what God has done. I accept his gift with praise and thanksgiving. Thank you Father for yet again reminding me I am loved. I talked to a close friend once about the feelings I had. About the voice of reproach I carry at times. She told me this. Pray. Every time you catch that voice in your head picture this, remember when Jesus knocked on the door to your heart you answered come in, so when that voice of evil comes knocking, let Jesus answer the door. This has helped. So devil you can keep on knocking but your wasting your time. My heart is full. And my head is really catching up. Maybe that was the logical conclusion after all.
