"Do Not Open Until Christmas" do you remember those little tags that said that on your present? That would be the gift under the Christmas tree that seemed to stare at you and call your name. It would have the best wrapping paper on it and usually the BIGGEST bow! It was also the family favorite gift they teased you with! The anticipation itself was delightful.......
I can't wait until I see the streets of gold.......
I can't wait until I see the face of my Jesus......
I can't wait until I see my loved ones in heaven.......
I can't wait until I meet all the saints.......old and new........
For now, I have to be satisfied with just staring at the package.....
Or do I?

~Their is UNITY in the blood of Jesus. When He laid down His life...it was for Jew and Gentile alike....
Can we separate what God has unified...... sometimes we do.
Please look at your friends list and see if you have crossed man-made barriers.....
Do you visit with everyone in your church.....
Did you shake the hand of that single parent....
Did you hug the one crying on the back pew.......
How many 'clicks' do you have?
One for older adults
One for the youth
One for those who teach
One for the Pastor
One for the childrens helpers
One for the rich
One for the poor
One for the intelligent
One for the singers
One for......
Are we not called to be unified.......The world has divisions........... |

What a present in Easter and Christmas we have...because GOD LOVED this sinner so much and gave me so much pain that he promised me that

Good reminder. I think our divisions are human nature, part of our flesh. We are called to deny ourselves (the flesh), pick up our crosses daily and follow Him. When we do this, we transcend the flesh and our unity is more apparent.

Great blog. I feel so blessed to live in a generation where division barriers are breaking down. We are witnessing a historic election. A woman and a african american actually can become President of the USA. There was a time when neither had a voice in elections. No matter who wins.......it a win for the US.
I think people form clicks to hide their own insecuries and fear. My parents taught me at an early age that people are people. We all wanted to be treated equally and with respect. They also taught me that a greeting friends, foes and strangers with a warm smile goes a long way. |

| 1 clique in the youth? hehe, probably like 20, i'm the kind of kid who stays off by himself for the most part, but i know i should show the other ones the love of Jesus, its really hard for me alone to do such, i just wish, i had a friend or something to help :-? but yeah, i wish the Church would unify... but many people are still stuck in the world. its sad really, and we need to keep praying for the Church as one... |

It's hard to understand why divisions happen.. but it's easy to see that this is not what God intended. 12:5 So we, though we are a number of persons, are one body in Christ, and are dependent on one another; Powerful post Cheryl! |

I'm like so many others....I had to tear open that package.....who wants to wait!
Great Post my friend. I just wrote a note to a family member about division and what pain it can cause. That's just part of what "clicks" will do within our church body, youth groups, etc.
