I too just received the issue.  I believe it has some very good thoughts.  Indiana at one time had the Bible as litature in the curriculum and it was taught in our school system.  When I was substituting after my children were out of school I ask the teacher why he wasn't teaching it any more.  His comment was that it wasn't in the curriculum any more. 

I believe that it can be taught as literature and history for all to have the opportunity to really know what is in the Bible.  Yes, Our country's principles are really for the Bible and people need to wake up to that fact.   The attack on Christianity is so out of focus. 

When did the minority become the ruling class??  In all fronts of discussion in today's society!!

P.S. I got my "free" subscription to Time from an airlines that offered me an opportunity to convert my frequent flyer miles to magazine subscriptions or lose the miles altogether. Of course, now I get far too many magazines every month to have any possibility to read them all. LOL

And guess what? I did not get a chance to look at the magazine today (other than to see the cover as it lays on my desk here). LOL

Look at me... I'm making yet another comment to my own blog without giving any real new information. How bad is that? Don't answer that question... LOL
