Raising the Dead was on the sign of the church i went to yesterday....Next week from what the sermon was about it will probably read Gays, Thieves, Liars, Adulators Welcome the Hypocrite's are already here come join us......Jesus said all are welcome in His house but do we make them feel welcome. Would you be able to sit next to someone in dirty clothing smelling of urine in church???? Would you wrap your arms around one who is covered in sores from head to toe? Is your heart in the right place with the Lord that you would invite one of the least of these into your home for a meal or take them out to a fine restaurant????Are you walking your talk??????? How compassionate are you about seeing the lost saved????Will you go where Angels fear to walk??? These are the days when our faith and our walk will be tested "The fields are white and ready for the harvest but the workers are few".....A house divided against it's self will crumble but a house united will not fail....Now is NOT the time to fine fault in each other it is time to arise in one body one spirit and reach the lost....Just something i felt to share |

OMG... once I drove by a sign that said "Ask the aborted baby who the real terrorists are?" Having had one a couple of times, I flipped and called them and told them my mind. The next day it said "Ask the people who perform the abortions who the real terrorists are?" I just shook my head. Then once I was shooting pool, cause I am a real pool shark, and this man came in and asked this lady who was a lesbian if she drove by her sign. I being mouthy as I am started to question that man about the thief to the right. To no avail we played pool and I kicked his tail and he won a few. But we talked about the love not hate, cause Jesus welcomed and came for the sick not healthy.
Great blog sister. |

| PS sometimes it is our church elders that need the prayer. They are the ones who have the time to think up and put up the marquee signs. |
