Secular logic/tradition will tell you that it isn't the destination, but the journey that matters.   Christian logic/tradition will tell you it isn't so much the journey, but the destination that matters.
It seems that The Ragamuffin Gospel reminds us that it is the journey, the destination, and those with whom we travel that matters.

You've convinced me, I've ordered TRG from Amazon.   My toes are just healing from being stepped on my another book, Blue Like Jazz, and I need all the humbling (and hobbling) I can get.

The sad part is many of us don't remember that God loves us all and we act like spoiled children fighting over our fathers lap.  In this fathers lap there is room for everyone.
