Not understanding...in the wake of the ISS would indicate orbital flight right? Will orbit decay that fast? Wouldn't it take years to fall? Then, space junk burns up in atmosphere --errm --paper.  Does not compute. Please explain! Beep Beep Beep! (where is story?)

Hal, there is still a lot of discussion about how to release them, but yes, the plan is to release them from the spacestation.  They may do something like launch a capsule that decreases speed and decays, then release them from the capsule...I haven't read anything that describes the plan yet...all I have read is that they want to release them at different locations.
