He never said it would be easy

34:19Many are the afflictions of the righteous; But Jehovah delivereth him out of them all.


The Lord never told us that we wouldn't have problems if we followed Him, but He does promise to deliver us from them all.  In the NIV it says we may have many troubles, "BUT the Lord delivers him from them ALL."    

It makes it easier for me to deal with the problems that come up in my life, because I know He *IS* going to deliver me from them.  It's a promise that I know I can count on.

AMEN.  I believe quite of few people can relate to this right now. I for one am learning to Trust in the Lord more and more each day through all the hard times. He sure knows how to open our eyes and focus more on HIM!!
