| When we go through our days we often find ourselves rushing here and there trying to finish the stuff we call important. By the end of the day we find ourselves exhausted without accomplishing much. Than we sit in front of the t,v., and allow it to watch us for a while...,shower....than off to bed saying a summarized prayer and drifting off to only do it again. Now - things by the end of the week is haywire and we began to send shout outs to God for assistance. Why wait till things become overwhelming? We should have a little talk with our Father daily simply because! Asking Him "What are your plans for me today?" This will help to eliminate those extra things that we tend to mount on ourselves - the things that only seem to slow our day down - allowing us to accomplish nothing. We should have a little talk with our Father hourly because! Things go on all day long, people who have not talked to God - find themselves unprepared when situations arise...but Because we took the time to pray before we walked out of the house, before we began our work day, before we began dealing with our spouse or our children, before the bill collector called, before the cashier was rude, before the car broke down we have that peace that He promised us. When we have a little talk with our Daddy minute by minute - blessing Him at all times - we don't have time to complain - moan - groan - or whine - because a mouth that is blessing God - has not time to bless out somebody or something! So tell yourself - I am talking to my Daddy just because! Remember He is not our Sugar Daddy - He is our DADDY! |
