It's interesting how many people take the "taken" to be a sign of the rapture, but if you read the verses in context it actually appears to be saying the exact opposite.  The ones who are "taken" are not the ones we should be desiring to be.

I also find the passages on the 10 lepers to be curious in that there

a) Appears to be no sign that any of them ever made it to the priest.  Now I know the priests weren't the "important" part and were unnecessary for the healing, but there are other examples in the Bible where things that aren't "important" still are to be followed.  Wash in the pool of Siloam for the blind man with mud in his eyes for example.

b) Appears to be no evidence that the other 9 weren't healed.   (Seems to be a contrast to the last verse in that paragraph)

c) Again going back to the pool of Siloam, the blind man didn't seek Jesus out to thank Him, so why was the expectation different here?

Those who like to get stuck on "Judge not, lest ye be judged" would seem to have an issue with verse 3.  Awfully hard to rebuke someone if you haven't made the judgement that the action committed is wrong.
