| The Storm is Over |

| I listened to the song by Kirk Franklin called "The Storm is Over Now". It was very encouraging and ministered to me. It said "I feel like I can make it- the storm is over now." I thank God that He helps us throughout the storm and the aftermath of the storm. Alot of damage happens in a storm. Things get tossed around, danger happens, and everything looks disheveled. Once the cleanup begins, mud, clutter, and debris gets removed, thrown away and put back in it's proper place After awhile noone can tell a storm once hit there. Our lives are somewhat similar at times. We have hurts, uncontrollable circumstances and what a mess it leaves behind. Then the repair work begins... Prayer, repentance, forgiveness, healing. One day we look at the past and declare God's provision and help throughout the storm. One day we can testify of God's peace and calming power during and after the storm is over. I pray,if your goin' through the storm, you will one day experience the cleanup after the storm. Also we become closer to Jesus, the storm cleaner-upper! |
