20 Years Ago A Pastor Married Us In My Mother-In-Laws Home. He Told An Associate
Minister "If That Marriage Last A Year It Will Be A Miracle" Words Can Be Powerful But
The Lord Said Not So. You See I Am The Baby Child Of My Entire Family Including Step
Brothers And Sisters. Total 15. My Birth Parents Divorced When I Was Born 43 Years Ago
All Of My Brothers Divorced And Remarried Three And Four Times.My Sisters some have
Divorced And Remarried One Has Passed Away Two Children No Husband Their Children
Are Now Headed Down That Same Path. I Am Not Tearing Down My Family But Statics's
Says My Marriage Did Not Stand A Chance. But The Lord Can Help A Marriage.  And Today Marks A Milestone In My Family. As We Celebrate Our Marriage It Has Said to My Family Marriage Can Work. My Parents Did Not Think We Would Make It. But What Everybody Seems To Have Forgotten Is That We Love The Lord And That Helped Us To Continue To Love Each  Other.  Oh Did I Mention That My Wife's Mom And Dad Divorced Also And Her Siblings Are Having The Same Problem My Siblings Are. Today We Break The Curse Off Our Families We say Marriage Can Work If You Put God First In Your Marriage. I ClaimThat My 4 Sons Will Have Strong Marriages Because They Saw Us Stay Even When We Had Reason To Quit.They Say That Divorce Is Higher In The Church Than In The World We Have To Break That Trend To Every Married Couple When It Gets Hard Go Down On Your Knees And Ask God To Fix It. If You Are Not Married And You Are Looking ,Look For Someone Who Loves God. If They Love God They Will Love You. Again Thank you for Sharing Our Day.
