37:1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which [was] full of bones,
37:2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, [there were] very many in the open valley; and, lo, [they were] very dry.
37:3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
37:4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
The more of this story I read the more I understand what Ezekiel saw , and felt.
I look at this community and understand that we are in the mist of a drought,
“But it is not just a drought for water, it is a spiritual drought”
And a lot of you don’t like to hear this type of teaching which proves how dry we have become.
Many of us would like to believe that we are doing alright spiritually because we have so much activity going on in the churches.
( But is it the kind of activity that brings the lost to Christ?)
Many of us go to church every Sunday.
( But when is the last time you came out the church edified) Did you remember what the preacher preached from the Bible?
Or did you forget while they were preaching?
One of the reasons that we are in this dry place is because we have no thirst for the things of God and are Dry!
Don’t be afraid to get wet and Live!
Get wet with the word of God!
