| Who am I , that God would want me? |

I have had days where I have spent time feeling unworthy, and un-necessary to the Kindom of God. I have pondered.... Why me? with all that I have done wrong in this life God, why would you still want me? Has anyone else ever been there? If that feeling doesnt make you cry, and feel empty... I dont know what will.
God is holy, we all know this...He is perfect. When man first sinned, we were no longer in the eyes of God anyway...... considered worthy and when that sin entered into our being it separated us from God because a perfect God cannot be in relationship with imperfect beings.
Like an infection, the sin spreads and brings with it sickness, hurt, and so many tribulations into our lives. We have all sinned and we have all fallen short of the glory of God...... meaning before we are "saved" we have been separated from God by that infection we call sin.
So here is the point of discussion: We need to have our relationship with God repaired... right? Each one of us need to turn to the One who came to restore our relationship with God...Jesus Christ.
As a maturing Christian, I should not allow my spirit to cower and fall victim to the lies Satan is sometimes dropping on me. "I am worthy" I was bought and paid for by a King.Just think on that for a minute.... The Lord of all the Earth came here, and even if there was no one on this planet but me.... He still would have died to draw me back to the father.... I mean, seriousely.... are you all grasping this? My relationship with God, has been 100 % restored through Jesus, and I should start walking with and extra skip in my step because I am an heiress to the Kindom of God! Ha! Satan, How do you like me now!
Brothers and Sisters, I just want to encourage you today, to remember who you are! You are not separate from God anymore, those doors of communication are always open. The feelings of unworthyness, and ineptness are simply weapons the devil uses to make us forget about that blood that was shed for us. Dont lose site!! We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation of peculiar people, who show forth the praises of HIM......who has called us Out of darkness, and into HIS marvelous light! 1 Peter 2:9 Talk about a "Boost" in my attitude. Yeah, thats right....... I know who I am! Praise Him People!
