I called my prayer partner (HI AW) and all was better, it's totally amazing how a little prayer goes a long way!! Praying is so important and I don't do it enough, I'm adequate but could be so much better.

Rosemary Mint shampoo by Aveda helps as well! It smells soooooooooo good!
