Putting everything on hold for a short time is good advice, and one that I need to take. Thank you.

46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

10:21 In that same hour he was full of joy in the Holy Spirit and said, I give praise to you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have kept these things secret from the wise and the men of learning, and have made them clear to little children: for so, O Father, it was pleasing in your eyes.

We so often overlook the fresh outlook of little ones who see the Lord without all the trappings that encumber adulthood. Thanks for sharing this.

Thanks for the reminder -  I thought of this verse....
84:3 The little birds have places for themselves, where they may put their young, even your altars, O Lord of armies, my King and my God.

so glad that she found a tree for her young!!  Your blog also reminds me how God cares for us and tells us to forgot about those worries & cares that you forgot about for 20 or so minutes!!

6:31 Be not therefore anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 6:32For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 6:33 But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 6:34 Be not therefore anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Thanks - I think I will go home and take one of my four and go bird hunting!!

We have always been bird watchers but thanks to you I am watching them even more. I noticed today we have a huge! Blue Jay that uses one of our feeders in the backyard. He was monopolizing the feeder and chasing all others away.  Then later I checked a feeder in the front yard and noticed a little bird just sitting on the edge of a feeder hunkered against the wind.
