Amen.... off to read the article
A Voice of a Prophet

Shalom. We are already experiencing pockets of persecution in this country. Like Philadelphia for example. As in Denmark [I believe it is], Great Britain, Canada, and Australia, one could possibly end up in jail for preaching on the sin of homosexuality. There is "hate crime" legislation in place now, I hear, in this country. And if either one of the two democrats gets elected as President, expect more persecution because of more "hate crime - hate speech" legislation being passed. The church Sen. Obama belongs to is one the most liberal of supposed "Christian" church denominations. Ordaining gays as far back as `72, I believe is the date. T

Indeed, God may be preparing some persecution for us in this country in order to separate those committed to him from those who are merely in it to feel good.

With our congress and future president's wanting to join the UN citizens, we as Christians may very well be forced into following the STATE CHURCH, or suffer as NON-CITIZENS

I was reading an article by voice_in_dc on the American Union

and as I was doing some more research on this, I found this about the UN rules

http://heal-the-earth.org/un/declarations/un_declarations_community.htm

I adjusted this to read if the UN does not grant me citizenship.

Article 16-The responsibilities of citizenship

As community is a living commitment to participate as one, citizenship is not a right, it is a responsibility.

Before any benefit is bestowed upon a citizen by their community, it is the citizens individual responsibility to assist the community where and how they can.

Furthermore, it is the individual responsibility of every adult citizen to obey the laws of the community as those laws comply and are consistent with the UN Charter and Universal Declarations. In those instances where laws exists that contravene the Universal Declarations and UN Charter that they work peacefully for legislative and democratic reform.

Article 17-The privileges of citizenship

Privileges are benefits that come with agreeing to abide by the rules of the UN living in a society of human beings, not simply by birth.

1.A free person
According to the laws of the culture, a free person should be someone who living in that culture and is accepted as a citizen, and does not contravene the laws and values of that society.

2.Freedoms
• A non member does not have the right to free passage within the society in which they live.

• A non member does not have the the right to personal privacy and their privacy respected by the institutions, organisations and commerce of that society.

• A fnon member does not have the right of free speech and expression.

• A non member does not have the right to participate fully in the democratic processes of electing representatives.

• A non member does not have the right to choose to whom they offer their services and have the right to withdraw the offer of labour and services if they so choose.

• A non member does not have the right to trade with other people within the society and external to the society.

• A non member does not have the right to own property and assets, subject to the laws and conditions of the society.

• A non member does not have the right to use those services which are deemed as for the benefit of the public.

3. Quality education
• A fnon member does not have the privilege of access to quality education services by means which enable quality education to be possible for all persons.

4.Quality health services
• A non member does not have the privilege of access to quality health services by means which enable quality health to be possible for all persons.

5.Security of person and possessions
• A non member does not have the privilege of access to quality security of their person and possessions, with these services continuing to operate without need to renew request.

6.Meaningful employment
• A non member does not have the privilege to choose a range of occupations and careers with a wide variety of jobs available in meaningful employment.

and compare with the above article

Quietly the entire Continent began to change how it viewed any religious group that was not part of the State Church system.

[Bill Koenig`s book "Eye to Eye", and as a guest on Jewish Voice.] And why our country seems to experience difficulties sometimes. You say it`s because how we as a nation, or our nation`s leaders treat Israel. Yes, you are right on that point. But, there is another important point that is equally important. And that is the spiritual & moral decline from the biblical roots of the founding of this country. The U.S. & Israel are unique in this respect. The latter part of Lev. chapter 26 deals with this. Our country generally speaking has, and is, turning its back on our origins.
There is also Blatant Sin in the Body of Messiah on a variety of issues that God cannot, and will not Bless.

Thought you might like to read some of my prophecies on the blog website  -  http://avoiceofaprophet.blogspot.com  I use for ministry.    In Y`shua, Tom.

I'm sure nobody would voluntarily suffer for the gospel, but can you imagine the honor, the privilege? If forced to suffer for Jesus....well, I hope I'd do it admirably, but I guess one never really knows until they are put in that situation...
