Yesterday, Tish was sent to the hospital by ambulance with severe abdominal pain. She spent the whole day at UMC getting test after test trying to find out what was causing the pain. An ultrasound and ct scan didn't reveal anything, so they sent her home with meds around 11:00 p.m.
She woke up with the same symptoms and is on her way back to the hospital as I write this. Please pray for her. I visited with her in the hospital yesterday and it was heartbreaking. She was in so much pain. Please pray that the doctors will figure out what's wrong with her this time and heal her. Please pray that her pain will be relieved.
She's back home again. Another ct scan revealed more swelling so she was given antibiotics and painkillers. Hopefully this is the end of her pain. Thanks to everyone who prayed for her. Now everyone pray for her to be well enough to attend Fishfest with us this weekend!
Ok, I went through the exact same thing and it ended up being a kidney stone. They didnt find it in the x-ray or scans that they did on me because the particular spot it was in and the scan and x-ray were too blurry or foggy I guess to detect it. Plus, one of the stones (I had 2) was already passing so it did not show up either. Maybe she should think of going to a urinologist for second opinion. Stones cuase very bad stomache and lower abdomanal pains as well as lower back pain. I will keep her in prayer!!!!
