1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God. 1:3 All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 1:5 And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not. I know I'm not the genius I'd like to think I am. It seems I'm not the only person on this globe that likes to over complicate things. It's easy to "study" the bible to prove myself right. I think I'm suppose to use the word to listen for the voice of the Good Shepherd. The one who's supposed to make me lay down in green pastures. The one whose supposed to lead me besides still waters. 23:1 Jehovah is my shepherd; I shall not want. 23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside still waters. 23:3 He restoreth my soul: He guideth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Some times I need to remember to let go, let the lord be who he is. I've been struggling so my financially I've forgotten to stop and abide in the word. to enjoy our precious savior for who he is. After all he is the word. He is the living water. He is all we need.
4:10 Jesus answered and said unto unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 4:11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: whence then hast thou that living water?
