Please take some time today to lift the prayer requests listed here up before the Lord.

As some of you are aware, several of us are entering into a 10 day fasting period beginning 04/26/08. During this time we wish to bring your prayers before the Lord. If you have anything that we can pray about with you and or for you, please enter them either here in a comment or you may also message me. I will do my best to list each and every request here on this blog. If you desire your prayer request to remain unspoken, please mention that in your message. We believe in the power of prayer and we care about you! In addition to the prayer requests, I want to also update this blog with praise reports as to the answered prayers.
Let's give God all the glory he deserves.
Prayer Requests:

Next Monday I have an MRI scheduled. If there is a problem, this would result in the fifth surgery I would have on my spine. Please pray for me ! Thanks. PRAISE REPORT:
I just got the report back from my MRI. No problems found, no surgery needed !!!
From Bernadette:
My nephew Chandlar is in need of deliverance from drugs and from the life he's been living, and greatest of all, SALVATION! We need a miracle (quickly) on the drug issue. I know our God can deliver him instantly.

MyChurch members, my family and I are in need of prayer. Somewhere between 6:30 and 8:30 Sunday morning, my dad passed away. He was sleeping peacefully, and slipped away into eternity. This is a hard thing to deal with. I loved my dad very much, and there is a huge hole in my heart without him here. Please remember my mom, my sister, and myself as well as all of the grandchildren and the rest of the family as we come to grips with what the Lord saw fit to do.

Having to take my son timothy to the emergency room! He has broke out in a very severe rash from head to toe. Scalp and all. His arms are swelling. PRAISE REPORT
Timothy is doing better. We didn't get home until about 8 this morning. His rash has virtually disappeared. The swelling is almost gone. This is a miracle! The doctors said it was a severe allergic reaction, but it shouldn't be gone the way it is.

Please pray for Robert Keeffe. He is in the hospital with kidney failure and heart problems.
Please pray for cybil Lee who has lung cancer and her family.

For peace and comfort and an overwhelming assurance of God's amazing love in a trying time and courage for her to offer up prayers to those she encounters regardless of their faith.

Please pray for me. Pray that the blood clot will be dissolved quickly. Please pray that I will be able to endure the wait for the surgery.

For truth to prevail once and for all in something that has gone on for a long while. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. God has more authority than anything the enemy tries to cover up.
And for the hearts of all of us, God's children to be on fire for the things of God and to advance His Kingdom here on earth, to reach the lost.

This September, Joe and I will be starting the Alpha ministry here again......
Please pray that there will be people signing up to come to the course and that people will step up and help us get this ministry underway.

Please pray for some friends of mine who are facing divorce, would prefer not to mention their names, but they need lots of prayers.

healing for her 3 year old nephew, Rhys (pronounced Reece) who has seizures no drugs will cure
Also, we are putting our house on the market, and we are out in booniesville. Pray God's will be done regarding selling. We are really believing for us to be outta here before next winter, with a home closer to town; closer to our church family, Mike's work, friends and shopping, etc. We sadly lack fellowship and can't really be involved in the lives of our congregation, and we really feel the need to be! Also our debts. Good stewartship for both of us.
One more (no, really). A pastoral couple, she has terminal cancer (stage 4) and she is a woman of God and faith, and I am believing for a miraculous recovery. Strangely enough, I have been praying for her unsaved daughter who happens to live right next door to me out here in the boonies. Coincidence? I think not! The woman's name that has cancer is Jean. I don't believe her work is done yet, so the devil can't have her if it's not.

I am asking for the saints to pray for Agape Christian Fellowship- We need a tent, for Revival, and also more finances to stay on the radio.
From Michael:
Boldness to speak God's Word even in uncomfortable situations. For direction in ministry and greater wisdom and revelation knowledge.
For Stacie's aunt - Angie McCart who has recently suffered a heart attack at the young age of 49. I am believing for her salvation and a complete recovery.
For Joel. Joel is an ex-Navy Seal who is now homeless and searching for life's answers. - PRAISE REPORT
- I had a chance to speak with Joel about God's love for him and gave him some scriptures to stand on. I also gave him my number and he said he would like to talk to me from time-time. Awesome!
For Daniel, another homeless man who needs shelter and a job.
For Jeff and his wife for continued health.
For countless others who need the love of God revealed in their lives.
Friends, we will be praying diligently over the next 10 days. Please feel free to enter any request you may have here. Also, even if you are not participating in the fast and feel led to pray, please do so. And please use this blog as a means to lift any prayer requests up before our God!

| Thank you Micheal.We are doing our yearly bible marathon which started the smae day.It runs for seven days.We read in fifteen minute intervals on the square in our town.My prayer is for more people to come out and read with us and pray for this town we live in and the world. |

| That's very true Cheryl, we can fast from just about anything. Ruth, please know that you are with us regardless of whether you fast or not. We as believers are unshackled and I am believing for Scott to be freed before the end of this fast! |

I have a request.
This September, Joe and I will be starting the Alpha ministry here again. This is an outreach for new believers or for people who are not sure about Jesus. Since we started Alpha 4 years ago, there have been several people who have given their lives to Christ as a result of God working on their hearts through this ministry. Please pray that there will be people signing up to come to the course and that people will step up and help us get this ministry underway.

Friends I wanted to say that I realize I have been joking around a lot today, posting silly pictures and such, but the truth is that I am taking this fast and these prayer requests very serious. The prayers that are listed on this page are of extreme importance and they are not to be taken lightly.

Bernadette, I will most definitely add this request and we will be praying and believing for his deliverance and salvation. I myself was delivered from an addiction to crack cocaine, among other things, so I know the pain that he is going through and the pain that it brings to loved ones. Feel free to message me if I can offer you any further encouragement. God pulled me out so that he could use me to reach others. I am here if you need me!
