What are you thankful for?

This is where we can list all of the things we are thankful for. I know God has done something for each and everyone of us. But sometimes we get to busy and don't take the time out and thank him. Here is your chance to give him what he deserves. If it had not been for the Lord on our side, then where would we be?

5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

I'm thankful first of all, that someone prayed for me.
I'm thankful that those prayers were answered :)
I'm thankful that God loves me even when I'm unlovable.
I'm thankful for second chances.
Geeeeeeeeee, I could go on and on and on. Better stop, LOLOLOL

I am thankful for the strength I found when I thought I had none

I am thankful for my Husband

I am thankful for having a roof over my head and food on my table

I am thankful for having family and friends to love, laugh and cry with

I am thankful for the Lord and how he lead me to my current church where I prospered and grew

Praise God for giving me direction to post this blog. When we see what we have to be thankful for somethings that are happening in our lives don't seem so bad.

Ok!!!!!!!!!!
For my son being home from Kuwait.
For my husband getting it together......pray for him :)
For grandkid #6 on the way.
For Christian parents, one whose already with the Lord waiting for me.
For the smell of fresh cut grass
For the smell after the rain
For my other son, what a great father and husband he is
For my daughters n love..........my best friends, they are!
For the freedom to worship my Lord and not have to hide it.
For the beauty God painted around me......
For allllllllllllllllll my new friends on the site!!!!! All I can say is Wow!
For unanswered prayers.......yep, that's what I said!

The word thanks is a small word yet most people can not conjure up enough courage to say thanks. I am refering to the word thanks in the human term. People take people for granet and that small word can bring a smile or the common chill bumps to a person on the receiving end. Now, when we give thanks to God He gets that same feeling of being praised. After all He is the reason for us being. As the kids would say today, "give props." God is the author of props and it will be in our best interest to give Him his every single second.

Hi, I am thankful for GOD so love me and he gave and he keeps giving. This weekend I had an opportunity to go to a sort of shut in or retreat and I really felt the Lord impress a scripture and it was 1 Corin 2:9  AMEN and as far as complaining I remember a long time ago when my brother told me I was complaining I came back with but I do it so well, I thank God for growing oh and for not giving me everything I have prayed for cause when I look back on a few of things I thought I wanted praise be to him that I did not get what I thought I wanted....

I'm most thankful God never gave up on me
I'm grateful I finally turned my will & my life over to Him
That he fogives me for my sins
for the direction he is pointing me in
for  helping US ( me & hubby ) through the diffucult times
for those who pray for me & my family
for my family being intact!
for mychurch & the posts that help me learn more and grow closer to Him
for my friends on here & f2f
for my husband who never gave up on me
for the lessons that keep me growing
for my computer ( which is material but helps me grow spiriutally & so many lessons were given to me)
for the seasons
for my parents who are apart of my life , today
& for my son's who show me who i use to be and that there is always Hope!

Praise God we really have alot to be thankful for. When we look back over our lives and see what God has done for us, we should break out in a thankful praise!
