29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end.
Have you made plans and then almost every one, if not all of them have changed! God says He laughs at our plans....so why do we get bent out of shape?
An old saying: Blessed are the flexible...for they will not be broken!
Evangelist Keith asked me this morning how my move was going. As I looked around...my house is empty except for a few small things....all of the furniture is in storage. The one thing though that was suppose to be moved first and set up was my computer. I posted a note saying it was going to be down and I would be gone for a week. Also, many of you know I Founded a Prayer Ministry and am the Prayer Minister for the Equine Therapy Center in Guthrie, Ok. We reach at least 500 inner city youth in a Summer alone. I posted a note with them to forward all prayer requests to the office or Board of Directors. I am also on the Prayer Warriors with my church and notified them I would be gone. Do you know the only thing in my house still is this silly computer! LOL!
I am amazed at what God does...for if my plans had gone on I see the many blessings I would have missed....
Thank you Father for your Divine Wisdom in our lives.

Amen Sister! Not my thoughts, but YOURS, Not my will but YOURS, not my plans, but YOURS....we always try to make it all on our time...our place....our calendar......I am so glad that He laughs at my plans....you know? In the end....I'm a terrible planner!

My son and his family moved this weekend into their new home. God's timing is soooo much better than our's........and I think sometimes He finds humor in it :)

always in His time.... sometimes a Hard truth to live by, but so much more beneficial... oh the things I mess up doing it in my way and my time instead of HiS!

Man makes the plans but the Lord orders his steps. Let us not say tomorrow we will do such and such and go to this city and make money, let us say, "If the Lord wills" I know that is not an exact quote but it your blog lines up with the Word!

Whatever plans I make - they always go belly-up (and beings as your a lady, that's the polite way of putting it). So I don't make plans, I just think about them, LOL!!!

My husband makes a LIST of what needs to be done every day. I go with the flow...if God redirects me, that's the way I go. A week without a computer .... girlfriend, you'd be in withdrawal.

All I can say is its amazing how God looks at our plans, laughs, and then just does His own thing.

when you do move your computer, if it is a tower and not a laptop, be sure to lay it on its side, with the motherboard down, that is the side with all of the connections (mouse, keyboard, monitor) should be down... I have worked on a number of computers that people bring in, that was transported incorrectly, either standing up, or laying down the wrong way, the cpu, and the pci or agp cards vibrate loose, so that when you plug it all up and turn it on .... boom..... it starts smoking and is ALL GONE!!!!!

That's what I'd call an attitude of gratitude. Keep smiling; as you continue to make us smile. May God continue to bless you.

I hope you can soon tell us it's done!!!!!!! Praise the Lord. Well? how are you doing ? Has all fallen into place or getting close. By the way I like your hair in the picture here best, or should I not comment on it. I did enjoy the one on modestyand the reaction from all the friends. Your friend in Jesus Robert Olson Sr. |
