Life is but a fragile thing,Full of pain and suffering, But when you turn your life around,To live for something more profound,You find the Messiah, Jesus Christ, And realize that nothing in this life,Is more important than the cross,Cause that’s where all our sins were lost,So let us all spread the word, Of our Savior, Deliverer and Lord,That others may not feel the pain, Of God turning his head in shame,And if you’re saying hey that’s me,Then God tells you in John 3:16,He sent his son to set you free,And live with him eternally,All you do is believe in him, To be delivered from all sin,Then your name will be in his book of life,And you’ll walk with Jesus by your side.
I wrote this, this morning when I found out that another one of my good friends had died and it just got me thinking that the Lord has set such a simple task before us. Spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. How many people have already slipped in and out of my life that I could have so easily won to the Lord? Now that chance has forever passed for those lost souls. So be sure that the fear of man does not prevent you from reaching those in your life that need a savior.
