this book has A LOT of great information.  I know the title is not something I should be reading, but I think they just did that to sell books to get the message out. So far I"m not looking a food the same way. I wanted this book back in Oct, however it hit No1. and had to go back to press because there were no more copies to be bought!  So I found it in BAM (Books A Million) last week and decided since it was turn off the tv week, I would read a book! I am half way though this and will be going back to the beginning to re-read it so I can really get it down.

Anyway...on other notes....I got violently sick last week! And yes, it is exactly 1 month from the last time I got sick. But this time was worse.  I'm going to see the doctor this week I really think it has something to do with my pills, I get sick the third week that I begin that weeks pills and this is month 2 or 3 of that, so enough is enough.  I thought I was dying-you'll be glad to know at 3:30 in the morning my hubby came to my rescue and helped me clean up the mess I made as I cleaned up myself. Now that's LOVE!

Hummmmmm, other interesting information.....................Tom is golfing in a Golf Marathon of 100 holes tomorrow; Tori has 6 teeth and is getting more; she is sleeping better at night; Tyler is rotten just like his dad; he can do math problems almost as fast as his dad; we are looking forward to Holiness Congress; my in-law are coming in less than a week and AW-I'm a BIG Tease-thanks for the phone book-miss ya!
