14:26 And Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 14:27 How long `shall I bear' with this evil congregation, that murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
4:1 Whence `come' wars and whence `come' fightings among you? `come they' not hence, `even' of your pleasures that war in your members? 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and covet, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war; ye have not, because ye ask not. 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend `it' in your pleasures.
14:28 Say unto them, As I live, saith Jehovah, surely as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you: 14:29 your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, that have murmured against me,
3:7 For every kind of beasts and birds, of creeping things and things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed by mankind. 3:8 But the tongue can no man tame; `it is' a restless evil, `it is' full of deadly poison. 3:9 Therewith bless we the Lord and Father; and therewith curse we men, who are made after the likeness of God: 3:10 out of the same mouth cometh forth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. 3:11 Doth the fountain send forth from the same opening sweet `water' and bitter? 3:12 Can a fig tree, my brethren, yield olives, or a vine figs? Neither `can' salt water yield sweet.
4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall exalt you. 4:11 Speak not one against another, brethren. He that speaketh against a brother, or judgeth his brother, speaketh against the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judgest the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. 4:12 One `only' is the lawgiver and judge, `even' he who is able to save and to destroy: but who art thou that judgest thy neighbor?
GOD'S RULE 0F CONDUCT Love is very patient and kind, Never jealous or envious, Never boastful or proud, Never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. It is never glad about injustice, But rejoices whenever truth wins out. If you love someone you will be loyal to him No matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, Always expect the best of him, And always stand your ground in defending him. ...I am giving you a new commandment to you now---love each other just as I love you. Your strong love for each other will prove to the world that you are my disciples." John 13:34,35
12:34 Ye offspring of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 12:35 The good man out of his good treasure bringeth forth good things: and the evil man out of his evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 12:36 And I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
3:18 He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God. 3:19 And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved. 3:21 But he that doeth the truth cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, that they have been wrought in God.
13:12 The night is far spent, and the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13:13 Let us walk becomingly, as in the day; not in revelling and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and jealousy.
15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
