Made Righteous through the Blood of Jesus
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference... Romans 3:21,22 (KJV)
Whether or not you are white, black, yellow, or red, if you have faith in Jesus, God declares you as being righteous. Verse 23 says that all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; however, all have the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and stand in God's righteousness.
Unfortunately many people don't read past verse 23. The writer is talking about righteousness. He is not talking about sin. He is talking about the blessings we have as believers. He is saying that all of us have sinned and come short of the glory of God. And because of it, the Anointed Jesus redeemed us.
Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus (Romans 3:24).
The grace of God moved in on our behalf. We were justified. The word justified means to be declared righteous, freely. Even though we were born in sin, we were made righteous by the blood of Jesus. If we will believe in his blood that was shed, God freely declares us righteous, justifies us, and treats us as though we have never sinned. The holy God then makes available to us His divine prosperity, His divine healing, and His divine blessings in every way. He showers us with a sea of blessings because He sees us as being righteous.
If God forgives us of our sins, and if He washes away our sins, who are we to bring them up again? You are a person without a past. You don't have a past, but you have a bright future. Your future is that you have been declared righteous by God Almighty. The One that sits on the throne says you are clean before Him.
The Father sent Jesus to be a victim to atone for what we did. The way we receive the atoning or righteousness is through faith in the blood that Jesus shed.
Now 1 John says that the blood is witnessing on the earth today. Thank God that Jesus put His blood on the mercy seat when He rose from the dead. But the blood's work didn't stop there. The blood's work is still continuing. The blood's work protects now, it causes you to prosper now, and it causes you to have your family protected. You, therefore, do not have to be filled with fear when you have faith in the blood.
