| Pro-Choice & No Choice At The Same Time? |

How can a person be both pro-choice and no choice -- pro-choice on abortion and no choice on homosexuality? Isn't that a double standard? After all, if a woman can choose as to whether to have her baby killed or let her live, why can't a person with homosexual tendencies or urges (even if they are genetic) choose whether to obey the urges or to overcome them? 
And if the homosexual has no choice but to obey his or her urges and tendencies, why can't the rest of us use that excuse and say we have no choice but to lie, steal, commit adultery, run red lights, stay in bed all day, cheat on taxes, use drugs, get drunk, and obey whatever other urges or tendencies that cross our mind (or that we inherited)? |

We all know that little babies or lets just say young children, can be very evil if not properly guided and watched over every minute of the day. Trust me when I say this, but you will never see a little base ball bat at a day care center. They remove everything like that. Children will lie, they will steal and would kill in a second if they had the means.
What is inside these little innocent children? They are much to young to be able to choose the way they perceive things. We are taught to be GOOD. We are forced to be GOOD. Left alone without choice we are seeded with an evil selfish survival mind set.
We are attached to something not so good when we come into this world. This attachment is from another seed. Jesus referred to this seed as a tare in the field. These tares grow along side of the good seed all through out our life.
No one in the kingdom of mankind chose to have an evil seed planted inside of themselves at birth. It was not given to us to choose this state of being. This realm of vanity was provided by God in which to train us to understand Him (God) much better.
A homosexual or a Liar or worse than those a Christian who does not Love are all the same when it comes to being invaded by another seed. Once these seeds have grown they will have quite a bit of influence on our decisions in this life. We will not be free from this evil seed influence until we part from this body of sin (evil seed attached) (This is what salvation actually is, freedom from sin and it's law of death)
There is no choice once the seeds germinate. But there is a reaction to that effect. We can react to the will of both seeds. Good or evil impressions. How we react will determine of state of affairs in this life.
Jesus said the way to overcome Evil is by treating the doer Good. Are we doing good to those who do evil around us? Do we let them know that God cares so much for them that he is not going to hold their tresspasses against them?

| Interesting post, Steve. I think those who espouse these things would say....homosexuality doesn't involve choice, it's about who they are. Abortion is a choice, b/c it's about what they do. |

I have a statement to make here that will be off the charts of the brains ability to understand it.
But it is very true nevertheless.
Okay here's it goes. This one is free and maybe 20 years ahead of your Christian education.
The angels will wink as they will understand completely.
Homosexuals will continue to flourish as long as the church continues to relate by Male to Male in their Worship of God. (The religion they choose is male minded / connected to male God) which produces the same reflection on earth.
Abortion will continue to flourish until the day the Church stops aborting the Christ in every believer.
(reflection: aborting the Truth(seed) reflects abortion on earth)
I know I know way out there. But never the less True. All Spiritual things are reflected in the natural.
The Hope :
The church becomes female minded and connects to God Male authority. The church is a she not a He. It must be submissive to the Male structure of Authority of God. (God is not male. Just forms the Male role to structure the understanding)
The True word is a seed. It must be overshadowed by the hummmm male. The bible does say sperm but that is too deep for this level. If the womb of the mind conceives (faith/relation/love) with God then the Devil will attempt to abort this seed by a very unfair system that I can not share at this time.( Hint: the mind is hijacked by religion)
But for the simple minded. All Spiritual realities are reflected back in the natural. When I say all, I mean everything that can be seen.
Okay, now delete that one, but I just gave you something that explains the real reason things are happening. I would tell you how I learned this but then you would think I was a heretic. Then again if the above is true, Ha, your mind will be hijacked to abort it. I know what I said. Betcha don't or can't know it , till you see beyond the veil that encloses this realm.

Well well. Maybe there is Hope. You made my day friend. Really. :)
This law is why the church is getting into a lot of difficulties. It is not aware that it is in a very BIG garden. What gets planted in the mind germinates the reality here on earth. Adultery of the Church thus affair with this world will return adultery back into our lives as a strong tendency to will it. This is why Judgment starts at the House of God. The flood waters must be stopped at the source. The church can change the world. But it must think and do what it wishes to see reflected back. Whatsoever is bound in heaven will in fact be reflected back in earth.

Kw: Try this on. Much that we call the church isn't the church at all, just man made religious organizations. The true church is every person who is genuinely saved world wide, regardless of what religious organization they belong to or even if they don't belong to one.
The real church (genuinely born again people) has been surpressed by religious organizations. Even true believers get strongly influenced by those organizations and get pulled away from God's plans. |

Steve well put. Your hammer is hitting the nail head on.
Once the True church (awakened believers) realize that the enemy has placed a religious "distraction" to do their thinking for them, they will walk away from it and refuse to be detoured by it any longer. The voice of Jesus is not to be heard from a pulpit that fornicates with this worlds way of thinking. The present pulpit majority does not want to rock the boat of the money machine.
But there is hope. When the true church returns to God the dominion given to them in the garden of Eden, We will see a revival from the streets this time. Where Love To God and Those in whom God Loves is followed again, as our number one focus. To serve the Throne and and serve according to the Interest of the King alone. All dominion must be returned to God where it truly belongs.
