Yesterday was a horrible eating day. While I did not overeat what I ate was total, uhm, dung, yeah. It was almost a total sugar day. The only redeeming food item was dinner. Normally I would fast the day after eating so much sugar so that I can reset my body. Today I am serving in kids church and if I don't eat a good breakfast I "pink out" during service. As that I am in charge and I do not have my regular team, pinking out is so not an option. Therefore I am going to be eating today, but I will NOT be having many carbs and no sugar!
May 4, 2008 Breakfast: 3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 1 c. water and 2 T almond butter Lunch: salad w/ 2 oz lowfat cheese, 5 calamata olives, & 1 T dressing and 1 c. blueberries w/ 1/2 c. lowfat milk, stevia, & vanilla Dinner: 3 eggs over a bed of spinach Snacks: popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter & 1/4 c. almonds ***I had a 1/2 a scone instead of the almonds. (We were at church really late and I was soooooo hungry.)
