Have you ever been looking through old photo's remembering the memories and forget that the person in the photo is dead?  It happened to me twice tonight as I was going through and envelope of pic and old scrap pages, the first ones I had ever done from my wedding.  Tom's friend Tony who died 2 years ago was in the photos have a great time full of life and I caught myself thinking "Wonder what he's up to?"  Then I remember  "Oh yeah, he's gone."  Did the same thing when I saw pics of my dad.  It was as if for a moment in time, neither person was gone, the memory's were so vivid, so real, that neither person seemed as if they were not here on earth any longer.

I felt a little stupid, so I asked my husband if he had ever done that. He said "did you see a picture of your dad", I said yes, but I had seen a picture of Tony first.  He said, "Yes I have caught myself too. Thinking I need to give him a call, wonder what he's up to?"

People it's been a long day......no really it has, our day started at 5 am; getting ready and getting our kids to day cares so we could have an Advisory Board meeting at 7:30 am.  Yes, Seneca's Adv. Board meets at 7:30 am, We have tried to change it.....they are mostly all retired and start their days really early!!!! So now you know!
