Here's the plan:
Breakfast: 3/4 c. brown rice w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: 1/2 a cantaloupe w/ 1/2 c. cottage cheese & popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Dinner: 1 cup chili over a large salad Snacks: Luna bar & popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: None planned. Maybe a walk after dinner.
