TODAY I WITNESSED AN OLD NEIGHBORHOOD FRIEND LOSE EVERYTHING!
THE CLOUDS OF DARK GRAY SMOKE FILLED THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE SKIES. I THOUGHT MAYBE SOMEONE WAS BURNING LEAVES UNTIL I WENT OUT TO THE BACKYARD AND SAW "FIRE" IT WAS AROUND THE CORNER. I CALLED "911" WE ARE ON THE WAY SHE CLAIMED. I THEN STARTED RUNNING DOWN THE STREET AND AROUND THE CORNER, JUST TO FIND OUT IT WAS MY FRIEND DANETTE'S HOME. EVERYONE WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE INCLUDING HER CHILDREN, AND FATHER WHOM WAS ONLY WEARING SHORTS.
YOU KNOW, JUST TO WITNESS A FAMILY FORCED OUT OF THEIR HOME AND WATCH THEIR OWN HOUSE GO UP IN FLAMES AND CAN'T DO NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
THE FIRE TRUCKS, POLICE, AND CHANNEL 2 NEWS FINALLY ARRIVED AT THE SCENE
IT WAS A LITTLE LATE! THEIR WILL BE NO POSSIBILITY OF RESTORATION OF THAT HOUSE!
I IMMEDIATELY STARTED PRAYING FOR HER FAMILY AND THEIR SPIRITS. I KNEW NOTHING ELSE TO DO! I TRULY BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL BRING THIS FAMILY THROUGH THIS.

| That's a good word. Many people say it, but we don't take time to think about it until it is gone. God said in His word, "Seek ME while I can be found." Even in that phrase people take HIM for granted. I do pray for the family as well and hope God uses you to minister to them and for them to minister to you as well because ministry is a two way street! :-) |

| Father in the name of Jesus I thank you that no one in the home was hurt, I know that things may seem bleak to them now, but I ask you to comfort this family and give them the shelter and finances that they will need. I pray for this dear Sister to continue to be a friend and prayer worrier, and I thank you for her kind heart, In Jesus name Amen! |

First, thanking God that no one lost their life in the awful fire, my prayers go up for the family~for their strength, comfort, and restoration.
This is so true to every aspect of life. We do so often take everything for granted. Not thinking on the fact that tomorrow is not promised. Tell your loved ones that you love them every chance you get. |
