Hello, I am looking for a Christian female roommate to move in as of June 1. The apartment building is located in the Nob Hill area, has convenient muni transport, and grocery store nearby. The building is supplied with an elevator, laundry room (coin washer and dryer), and a backyard patio area. The room for rent has large windows, hard-wood floors, and a huge closet space. There is also a shared bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the building. The rent is $750 per month, plus half utilities (Comcast, PG&E, and AT&T) and security deposit.
