| So Very, Very Tired |
|
| |
The lines seem to blur on the highway As fatigue nips at my brain.
I'm so very, very tired of the quarreling and the pain.
If it could all just stop at yesterday, instead of the past continuing to haunt and stake claim.
Lord wrap your arms around me and take away some of the blame.
Hold me close in your tender mercies, and wash away my shame.
Heal my heart from hurts not spoken, Fan the dying embers back into a flame.
Help me to break free from this emotional torment, to break free from satan's chains.
Lift me up above the clouds so I can see the sun, and teach me how to love again.

| He's holding you tightly, Deb. breathe in His sweet fragrance this morning! You are loved! |
|
|
| Deb, this is deep, I'm sure there are quite a few people who will be able to identify with you here. (That may even have a lot to do with the reason God allows his servants to go through these difficulties.) God bless you sister! |
|
|
| ((((hugs)))) This is awesome!! |
|
|
| Deb, am praying for you.Can identify with a past that kept me in pain and bondage for a long time.Keep on pushing and giving it to God.It's when I stepped out in faith that Gods power really enfused itself in my situations.Great big bear hug for you sister.Lord, I ask that you be with Deb,if whe's going through a rough time right now Lord,be with her.Help her to keep seeking you and pouring out her prayers to you.Lord,I ask that you help her stay in your word, and that you send the right person into her life to encourage her,and lift her up.Lord, let her feel You in her life in a real way,in a way so obvious to her that she knows You are with her.Lord,I thank you.Amen. |

I will keep praying for you. You're never alone, even when no person's there, and even when it seems like God isn't there. (I'm gonna' post a video on my page for you.) Excellent poem. I know that sometimes when I've written poems about something painful, I have thought that way at least I can create some beauty from the ugly. |

| Grace and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. May you feel His loving arms around you. Bless you. |

Deb, when I read your post this old song came to mind. The words are below. Love in Jesus, LM
ONE MORE VALLEY
When I’m tossed on life’s sea, and the waves have covered me And the dark clouds won’t let the sun shine through. Then a voice seems to say, “child there’ll be a brighter day Don’t allow the clouds to hide sweet Heaven’s view”.
Chorus 'Cause you’ve got one more valley, one more hill. one more trial, one more tear. One more curve in life’s road, maybe one more mile to go. You can lay down your heavy load, when you get home.
Don’t let satan see your fears, learn to smile through all your tears. Hold your head up high, and give the world a smile. you must be faithful all the way, it'll be worth it all some day. For it's all going to be over, after while.
Chorus again |
