Here's the plan:
Breakfast: 4 oz turkey burger & 1/4 c. almonds, decafe coffee w/ milk & stevia Lunch: 1 c plain lowfat yogurt w/ stevia & celery Dinner: steak & broccoli Snacks: 1/4 c. almonds, popcorn W 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: none ***I ended up walking with my friend--2 miles. |
