Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: 2 slices no yeast bread w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: nuts--4.75 oz mixed and some pecans and almonds--too many & 2 carrots Dinner: 2 cups stir fry w/ beans, roasted red pepper chicken sausage, peppers, onions, celery, carrots, spices Snacks: nuts & popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: I did not get a walk in.
