What an outstanding blog Gretchen! Made me cry and also swell up with pride to be an American! My brother-in-law is currently in Iraq. Fighting to secure our freedom! I wish more people would support and love rather than spend time bashing folks on this end.
Much love to you!

Thanks, Gem.

We should all pay more attention to what we say. What is it that Joy says? Think...Thank. You have to think to thank. So if we're always thinking, then we will be thankful to those that served and are serving to fight for our freedom that we take for granted. We should also think before we speak, because we really do not know everyone's circumstances.

My definition of success:

"Success is not a matter of where you are in life,                                                                  but how far you had to go to get where you are."

Such a good post.  It is so good to remember not to judge, we never know what someone else is walking through.

Good one!!  It is so much easier to complain than to try to get into someone eles shoes...  Thanks for reminding us to remember those who have fought and those who are fighting!
