| We _The People In The Church... |
|
| |
As you may know, this is my first blog ever, kind of nervous, but I'm going to let the Lord use me. Why do we tend to section our-self off from other church members at times? I'm not saying this goes on in every church, but many people know what I'm talking about. We tend to only have conversation with this family over here because that family over there did something wrong. Why must we act this way in the Lords house? A wise man once said "Church is full of sick people trying to get well". And many people may know who this wise man is. So correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we all have some things that we are not proud of. That's why we pray and seek for strength and forgiveness. I know my God is a forgiving God, but that do not mean that I will go to the Lords house and not speak to "Josh" or "Elizabeth” just because of something that they did in the past. If our God is a forgiving God why can’t we, people of the Lord learn to forgive? I know I really don't have any say so because im "just a child" but we have to do better. How can you want God's Kingdom to grow if we are not trying to grow? You may know some people like this, or you may even be this person. All I'm trying to say is despite every thing that's going on in the world; there is still one major war that is still going on. The devil may have won the battle for now but always remember, The War is not yet over. So as I continue to round up troops for the Lords Army take time out to apologize to one another. Even if you are in the wrong just do the right. But I thank every one for reading this. I was just sitting back watching me some t.v. and the Lord called, So I followed. We've gone to far to drop out of this race, Lets get lined back up for Jesus. When he waves that green flag I know I will be ready. Will you be ready for the race?
Thanks Pastor Raymond Dix, for teaching me, you are truly a hero for a young delinquent like me. | | |

so true, saying I am sorry goes along way. Saying I am sorry even if you are in the right, will go along and start to healing the hearts. Nobody is perfect or inccent when it comes to fights, arguements, and disagreements, so when we say I am sorry, it shows that we need forgiveness to and want to amend things. We need to reach out to other families not just one to the right or to the left or the one that sits right next to us. Reaching out to others, will make us more avilable for God to use us in mighty way.

Hey, man, nice blog. Don't describe yourself as a delinquent, though. You're a much better person than that. |

Anthony, you are gaining wisdom with every step you take toward God. Everything you wrote is true beyond your knowledge. We ALL have grown and yet, we still have much growing to do. For we all have made mistakes, big ones, little ones. The key is to learn from the mistakes that we make and strive to not make the same mistakes again. What you see as people only concersing with a certain group or family must not always be misconstruded as picking and choosing, but sometimes it may just be comfort-zone conversations. Or, it may be the person(s) feeling left out because they are not "mingling" with others themselves. Either way, we must be careful not to judge too hastily. It's about all of us growing, God's people as a whole.
Describe yourself as a work in progress. Don't put on lables that society give you that are negative. You are a child of God!!!! Very insightful blog. May the Lord continue to lead and guide you. |

The battle and war is in the Mind. Nothing outside of your mind can harm you. Only that which gets inside harms us.
What you see, is what you receive inside. Look straight ahead and focus on Christ with your eyes and peace will be your Guide. If you see sin, then sin will be your Guide. If you see Christ, then Christ will be your Guide. What you see, it what gets You. This is a law of attraction. Everything around us, is attracted to us by the way we look at it. It might take a while to understand this principle. But in time we all learn that everything changes around us, according to how we react to it.
Jesus Christ will never leave you or step away from you Ever. It is impossible to become separated from God's Love ever. In this life or the next. You can not escape from God's Care for you. This world does not stand a chance against the Love of God.
But beware ! There are other voices on this planet, that will plant seeds of fear, so that your soul will become their servant. Nothing can separate you from God, but your mind will sure try. Don't listen to it, if it doesn't look at Jesus Christ the Truth.

Praise God! Do you got Jesus!
if you had not told me this was your first blog... just by reading it, i would have thoght you wrote them all the time...I know you said you are just a child in Christ "but out of the mouth of babes...You have some seasoned saints who have not come into this truth, some who have been in the church for years and still walking in unforgiveness...So you keep on letting your light so shine...It seems to me your a fast learner ...continue to soak up the word of God like a sponge... and watch how fast you will flourish in the things of God Again I thank God for you and this excellent blog..Keep up the good work....Your sister in Christ...Peace! |

Anthony, you have made me so proud to serve as your Pastor. Son, there are no delinquents in God's family, just brothers and sisters! You have shown an insight beyond your years. Please continue to heed the call of the Spirit to write what He tells you to write.

| I am going to second what Pastor Ray has said "There are no delinquents in Gods family." Amen! I hope to see many more blogs from you as you are led by the Lord! God bless you! I can see as i am sure others can, that the Lord is going to use you in mighty ways. You may have been a delinquent before becoming a child of God, but you are a soldier now in the army of the Lord! Remember your uniform and weapons " The Armor of God." Ephesians 6 Have a great day! |
