Here's today's plan:
Breakfast: 2 slices no yeast bread w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: salad w/tomatoes & yogurt dressing & some protein I have not figured out yet! ;-) Dinner: 2 cups stir fry w/ beans, roasted red pepper chicken sausage, peppers, onions, celery, carrots, spices ***I did not get home when I thought I would so I ended up eating mixed nuts (about 5 oz) for dinner. Snacks: nuts & popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: I am not sure if I will get a walk in.
I am asking for prayer today. I am having a minor lazer procedure done. I am believing for no complications, good results, and good healing and recovery. Thank you! |
