We can either see these as opportunities to trust, or we can look back (hindsight is 20/20) and see blown opportunities. Great observations Cindy!

Those moments or "Dry Seasons"....  one can go either way.  Have faith in God or fall in a ditch.  My husband and I have chosen to have faith in God when things have happened during our lives.  God has always brought us through.  He has always been with us.

Yes unfortunately we often find ourselves wallowing around in the wilderness, when all we need to do is turn our faces to Jesus and follow his loving lead!  Good word today Cindy.

Thanks Glenn! Instead of slapping myself on the forehead saying " I could have had a V-8!" I need to slap my forehead and say " I could have had God!"

Contentment accompanied by godliness is great gain! (1 Tim 6:6)

Good post!

Let us not be unwise in what the will of the Lord is, lest we end up in excesses, instead of being filled with the Spirit (Eph. 5:17-18).

I found myself giving thanks unto God for the ability to speak this spiritual song, because I have the melody of His will in my heart (Eph. 5:20-17). I believe that this is why the time can be redeemed, even if we are in days that are evil (5:16).

Thank you cindy for the prompt.
