I think the best benefit is that God has deposited His Spirit in our spirit (thanks to Jesus' faithfulness and obedience).  That means that NOW we are ONE spirit with the God and Savior of the universe!
6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

17:21 that they may all be one; even as thou, Father, `art' in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us: that the world may believe that thou didst send me.

Great analogy, our company benefits will never match those given so freely from our God!  Wonderful reminder.  Thanks Brother Todd

I do love the analogy of this blog.  My husband has gone back to work after being unemployed for one year.  We understand the "bottom line".  You know, the best thing about all of it is that now as we look back, nothing has changed, really.

We always had the Lord and all of His benefits.  Nothing is better than that!

Amen!!

"I will never leave you or forsake you"  "I will not leave you orphans" God is so true to His promises for us!

You may have heard this before but it bears repeating:  "God's work doesn't pay much, but the benefits are out of this world!"

Stew:  Thanks Stew I love you too!

Steve:  As humans we always ask "What's in it for me?"  Well all this and more!  Praise God

Cindy Lou:  What happened to the Princess?  I always can count on you reading and commenting, I so appreciate the encouragement!

Charlie:  You are so right!  My Dad lives outside of Tyler, I am going to have to look you up when we go that way. The Holy Spirit in our hearts, truly is the greatest gift, for He is now part of us and has sealed us unto the day of redemption!  However, you know I am a slave to the text....therefore I did not put the benefit in, but I bet we could come up thousands of others!

Ed:  My new friend!  Yes, awesome deal.  Howie Mandel couldn't offer us a better one!

Revstarr:  Salvation is free but in ain't cheap!  We were redeemed by the precious blood of Christ!

Vincent:  We have a wonderful Father don't we?
