Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: 3 eggs over spinach Lunch: 1/4 c pecans, 1/4 c almonds, 1 carrot, popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Dinner: 1 cup stir fry w/ beans, roasted red pepper chicken sausage, peppers, onions, celery, carrots, spices Snacks: popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: I walked 2 miles. |
